Local Piloting – ONLINE/HYBRID

This pilot phase will test and refine innovative MOOC and training formats through a combination of online and hybrid delivery methods. .  The pilot aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital and blended learning models while ensuring the curriculum meets local needs and global standards. Feedback from participants will be used to optimize content, delivery methods, and engagement strategies before full-scale implementation.
